Aloha and welcome to my art site.

I am a recently retired dentist with a lifelong love for painting.Mostly self-taught, with the occasional art class here and there, now I’m excited to fully embrace this next chapter—learning, growing, and exploring new techniques.

Oil painting is my preferred medium, though I’ve also enjoyed working with acrylics, pen and ink. My inspirations are varied-portraits, elephants or Indian mythology along with the shimmer of a gold leaf Tanjore deity but back again to the comfort of waves and sand when the world feels loud.

I started displaying my art at my dental office and the kind words and encouragement from my wonderful patients and friends rekindled dreams made to my younger self-dreams that had quietly taken a backseat to daily life.

Today, painting is both therapy and joy for me, and every piece reflects a little bit of my story and spirit.One of the joys of this new chapter in my life is sharing the magic of painting with others. I host paint parties—casual, creative gatherings.

After all, the word “EARTH” without art is just “EH”!
